Dimma Onuoha's Journey of Healing and Faith Through Tetelestai

Two years ago, in April 2023, Nigerian gospel artist Dimma Onuoha underwent a life-saving 10-hour mastectomy to fight cancer. During the surgery, she was reportedly speaking in tongues, as one of the nurses later told her. Even in that valley, my spirit was worshipping.

Coinciding with her surgery, her song Tetelestai (It Is Finished) was released on all streaming platforms. This prophetic sound declared “IT IS FINISHED.” As cancer was being cut out of my body, the message of Christ’s finished work was being released to the world through my voice.

Unbeknownst to many, the woman behind that song was on an operating table, bleeding and broken—but covered by grace.

Today, Dimma speaks over your life: May the finished work of Jesus liberate you, heal you, and carry you through every valley. Tetelestai! It is finished!
