Sunset on her smile

For in the making of African attire

She educates the world about her roots.

Child that breathe in the hilly side of Nsukka

Land were our great intellectuals dreamt

How she has sip from the cup of our literary warriors.

Odey to her, hand painted in “Purple Hibiscus”,

Sunset to her, curator in “Half of a Yellow Sun”,

The world has not heard you yet.

Smile with a pen at hand

For at the right side of literary conscience

Your worth would always announce your dreams.
