For the wife of my youth, I wrote this short collection of wife appreciation poems just to let her know that she is the one and only true love of my life. When you adore the naturalness of the woman in your life, you will appreciate the gift of nature in her.  How Splendid How splendid is the minute I saw the dawn of a new day How pleasant is the hour That I behold the dimming brightness. How wonderful is the moment When an amazing breeze blew But all I heard through it all was The echoed sound of your voice. Splendid is your voice in my heart That the sound that comes through it Is like a love song that elevates my soul And made my heart live in merriment.
